FRUIT CARBS vs SUGAR

I am only needing to lose 5 - 7 pounds and I am trying to eat healthy, so can I still meet my goal by going over on sugar due to eating fruit throughout the day but making sure I don't go over on carbs???? I also eat a lot of protein etc... just needing to know about the sugar in fruit. Thanks,

    MFP doesn't differentiate between natural and added sugars. Unless your fruit intake is crowding out the rest of your nutrition and macronutrients don't worry

    You will lose weight by being in a calorie deficit.. as long as you aren't going over calories, some extra sugar here and there is fine
