I've been running into a problem for the last few months where I seem to get pretty backed up. I've tried upping my fiber but that doesn't seem to do the trick for me. So I'm considering a teatox. Has anyone ever tried this? Or any other recommendations to get things moving?

Well I don't recommend spending $40 or however much that tea baloney costs. What about coffee...if you don't drink it, give it a shot just for that (my mom gave it to me when i was 7 once for that and it helped, lol). Veggies? If you just started keto diet, that could be it...that happened to me, adding more veggies helped.

    Ive never tried the tea.
I used to have this problem and managed it with high dose magnesium. Just take magnesium until you go. It's a laxative in larger doses. An espresso drink always seemed to help me too. Add an extra shot.

Ultimately I discovered that fiber was the cause for me. I went zero carb and now everything is consistently normal as long as I eat zero fiber.
