Say goodbye to Jan. and hello February! Those New Years Promises we made ourselves might be taking the back burner. Don't let them, don't give up on YOU!! You are worth it, push through and stay on track. Do you honestly want to look back in April and say dang, I could been closer to my goal weight if I had stuck with it? Remember this is about your health, your peace of mind and your commitment to you! Don't let yourself down!

A little frustrated with the loss this week, but I did put on myself to quit smoking last Tuesday. So it's been a balancing act and a little stressful this past week. But I've weened myself and so far two days smoke-free. On to next week!3 -

Had a little bit of a rough patch in the middle. I think it was largely due to me not tracking my water. I was not getting enough now that I'm counting again! But I'm back on track and I have been losing inches in my waist. So progress is being made and the important thing is to not give up. I want to keep going and finish strong!3 -
Had a few days where I wasn't feeling well but I am good now. I am so impressed with the progress this group is making, what an inspiration to keep moving forward! Have a great week full of successes!
