my pasta and veggie LOW cal big portion

this is 274 calories for 1 and 1/4 cup serving
1 large carrot diced fine
2 stalks of celery diced fine
1 large onion diced fine
2 zucchini or yellow squash or a combo diced fine
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 jar ragu chunky garden
1 pack button mushrooms sliced
1 pound hamburger browned
throw all this in the crockpot with 2 bay leaves.and 1 cup chicken stock or veggie stock cook on low for 6 hours add 1tsp basil,1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp parsley to finish can add 1 to 2 cups torn fresh spinach(included in cals) I also add 7 to 8 finely sliced fresh basil leaves too
1 mix this 1 12 ounce box of whole wheat pasta that I have cooked
