Low carb diet is not favored by majority of Americans. All I see on MFP, Facebook or Instagram is calories in vs calories out diet success. However, we chose to go this path and let's inspire each other with success stories.
I haven't reached my ultimate goal yet, but I want to be inspired by your hard work and full commitments.
