Rode stationary bike 11.3 miles on #3 resistance (very light effort). I rode 5.9 miles in the am and 5.4 miles in the pm. It was way better breaking it up, especially since I'm so new at it...

Snowed here last night and I have not ridden my new studded bike tires on dry pavement enough yet to ride in the snow. Manufacturer says I need 25-30 miles to set the studs and between travel and trying to cough up a lung I have not been outside yet. 30 min on the trainer are for me tonight.

Hmmm my tire manufacturer didn't tell me anything about "setting" studs in my tires. I have had mine for quite awhile now anyway. I rode today on dry pavement with the studs because there is more icy maybe snowy weather coming. Good luck Kevin (?)
