I started 2016 having dropped from 263 down to 234. I'm 8 lbs. away from where I was about this time last year. It's been a much larger battle this time because I attained my heaviest weight of 283. I've never been more motivated in my life and intend to follow through and never fall back into old habits again!!

    @Be9465 I yo yoed all of my life except for the past two years eating LCHF. Best of success.

    I too am the queen of yo-yoing. It's frustrating. I've had such great success with low carb in the past, I still don't know why I allow myself to fall off. I like the food, I feel better when eating this way...so I'm clueless. BUT, I'm right there with ya...today is my day 1 for getting back in the saddle after piling on 40lbs. You have the tools, you know what works, you'll totally get there...good work so far!!
