Monthly progress report

I've never been a big fan of doing progress pics. I usually delete them when I don't really see any change. But I've changed a few things for this year, like adding friends on MFP for motivation and support. I was about 245 lbs in the spring last year, got down to about 227 lbs then finished at 235 lbs. At the end of January I've worked down to 225 lbs! Maybe it's trying to motivate others that's helped me. Also I'm trying not to eat the calories back I burn during exercise. Last year I would workout and then say cool I can eat again. I didn't have any pics from the beginning of the year, but I'm going to attempt to add a pic for each month. I know it has been mentioned about doing that in the group.
