Hi
I've been doing SL5x5 for few weeks and am up to about 87kg on squats.I am constantly trying to ensure form is correct but when I'm low in the squat and come back up,my knees start to wiggle side to side.Is this normal due to my body adapting to the heavy weight or is this something I'm not doing correctly i.e bad form.
I generally squat in bare feet.
Thanks

See if you can take a video and post it.
It's somewhat common for the knees to move inward slightly at the bottom of the squat and it's a good idea to attempt to prevent this from occurring to a large extent. It's possible that you are trying to resist knee collapse and this is causing the quivering.
I'd be curious to see it though to see how much it's happening and how far inward the knees are traveling.0
