    Did Jessica Smith's Barefoot Fusion Walk. It's just under 30minutes but I tracked it at 1.3 miles. Of course I kept stepping during the stretching at the end.

    Am I the only one that struggles to add arms into the workouts? As so as I try, I start stepping slower or not at all.

    Maybe just do what feels right to you. If it's just swinging them front to back like you would when walking. It will affect the rate you burn calories as anytime you raise your arms over your head, you are going to burn at a higher rate. (At least that's what Leslie says) So you could look at it as incentive to add more arm movement but go slow and build up if it doesn't feel right. It's really the pace of the walking that Leslie uses to compute the mileage so the arm thing is not really a big thing. HTH
