My DW needs to eat GF and we have only found a few restaurants that truly offer GF options. PF Chang's and Carrabba's have become go-to places. What others should we try?

What part of the country are you in? Do you have Maggiano's in your area? Stir Crazy also does GF. There are a LOT more options now than there were in 2006 when I had to go GF.
I've also found that simply by asking a restaurant about how various menu items are prepared that I can get a GF version. A lean protein and veggies can be done by most places.0 -
We have thought of trying Maggiano's so now I guess we will. No Stir Crazy restaurants here.
Thanks!

Phil, there's a comprehensive list of restaurants at glutenfreeguidehq.com. The disclaimer is that if cross-contamination is an issue, you always need to ask.
Brio's has a handful of options including pasta.
