Going to a party? Hosting one? Drink lots of water, avoid lots of alcohol, make healthy food to enjoy. If there is something you really want, watch your portion size. Don't have regret come Monday morning.

Absolutely! We're watching at home. But I've planned out the day's food/drink in advance. The idea is for us to have fun, enjoy the game (hopefully our team will win) and have food/munchies that are yummy, reasonably healthy and to not over-do!1
