I had a few extra celebrations this past week for Valentine's Day, entertaining guests from out-of-town, long weekend, etc., and now I have to buckle down and re-focus hard if I'm going to reach this monthly goal.

Farewell February! Having trouble figuring out how to edit my post so...
247 to 240 in February. (I'll take it!)
I started mfp on Dec 27th so 2 months= 24 lbs.
I feel so much better overall. Not hugely noticeable on the outside yet, but I can certainly tell by my clothes fitting better just feeling better. Thanks for the encouragement everyone.4 -

- Mile-per-day run streak is at 60 as of today, with just over 106 miles for the year.
- Minute/mile pace is down from mid-14's at the beginning of the month to high-12/low-13's.
- Food discipline/logging is OK; I've managed to settle into a system that works for me.
- Still need to get back to lifting...March goals.0 -
