Week #5 Healthy Habits and Weight Loss Challenge

Keep up the great progress!!! We are on the downward slope of the challenge now that we're starting week #5. I will be out of the office next week (2/6-2/10) so you should give your week #4 log (activity, food and H20) to Tina no later than Monday, January 6 at 9 p.m. You must also report your weight as of Monday, January 6. To report your water, you must either add your water consumption to your food log, enter your water consumption on the food log, or write your water consumption on the log for each day you consumed the required amount of water.
The challenge for this week is to stay at or under your sugar goal for at least 5 days this week PLUS consume at least 8 cups of water for 5 days, track activity for at least 3 days and track your food for at least 3 days.
It's getting tougher, but I know you can do it!!! The pounds are coming off and we're much more active than we were just 4 weeks ago. Keep on rockin' it!!!! We got this!!!!!
