It's week 5!! I hope everyone had a good week, lose, gain or stayed the same! I hope you keep eating healthy, keep drinking your water not just not give up. Your body is changing even if it's not showing what you want on the scale. it's about more than just weight loss, it's about doing something for you and sticking with it. There will be peaks and valleys, we are here to celebrate the peaks with you and help you get through the valleys. Remember the scale does not measure all our success on this journey.

I'm working on cutting down on caffeine. I'm to about 1-1.5 cups every other day. Instead of 2 daily. I've increased my water a bit more, and eating more sensibly.2 -

I brought a tight pair of Capri's with me, so far so good. I just hope I don't gain while I am away on vacation. Averaging 4 to 5 miles per day and really watching what I eat. Yah I know, that doesn't sound like fun, but I have IBS issues so I don't want to ruin my vacation.0 -
