Starting CLX/TF hybrid TODAY!

I've been having so much fun with TurboFire for the past 7 weeks but i think it's time to incorporate some strength into my workouts...hence me starting the CLX/TF hybrid.

    I just started Focus T25 and I am missing Chalean so much I've decided to do a hybrid and add 2 CLX circuits in to my 5x a week schedule with Shaun T. Hope I can keep up but I need to LIFT!!

    I was torn between doing a TF/CLX hybrid or T25/CLX hybrid! I went with TF purely because it was more "fun" and i was already 7 weeks into my TF schedule. I plan to do T25 next. LOVE speed 1.0!

    I am doing TF and CLX doubles. I modified the calendar to fit my schedule so I can do one of each for 5 days, and then TF55 on Saturdays. Its a goal and I've done them most days. Its a pretty awesome feeling and the results are amazing. :)

    You are going to love your results! Strength training is an important component of a complete fitness routine. Cardio alo uses fat and muscle for energy. When you add strength training to a cardio routine, your body only uses mostly fat to fuel cardio workouts and very little muscle, if any. You will see tone and definition increase twice as fast as you build lean muscle mass and reduce bodyfat!

    I'm doing a TF/CLX hybrid too - I love it! I made my own which is the TurboFire Class Schedule with CLX Circuits 3 times weekly, changing the Phase each month. I started adding CLX in week 5 so right now, in Week 9, I just started Push Circuits. It's a 16 week schedule and halfway through I've dropped 39.25 inches between all measurements combined.
