graduation nightmare

I loved the plan, but felt completely confused and lost when I graduated and just got a piece of paper with numbers on. its the only thing that I think lets Joe's plan down is that you're not introduced to this part way through the plan (like from C2 onwards...) after 6 months and half my progress lost I have come back to MFP which I used pre plan. does the free app work or are you better going pro to help with macros?

    I went pro but I don't think you need it - just decide what your calorie count for the day is and what your macros should be in percentage terms - that's all you need. I then use Joe's recipes and ones like them (eg healthy eating) in combination with MFP. I tend to use Remember Meal and save them using the header Recipe Title, Book Title, Page Number so you only have to enter them once and they are easy to recall. I definitely would lose the plot not using MFP as it keeps you honest.

    Oh, and I plan all my meals for the week on a Saturday and on-line order twice a week (as my fridge is just not big enough) :smile:
