Hi all! Just had my graduation report through and I'm quite shocked at the size of the macros.... I tried calculating them myself last week, and they're wildly different. Like 300 cal per day different..... And then when I look at the cals eaten during cycle three it is more that that too. Was anyone else the same?
I've seen a few posts from people who haven't had the best experience with their BC macros. What is everyone doing on here? Have you followed them or gone it alone?
Hi I know why I'm failing, I'm sticking to the food maybe 5 or 6 days a week but I've not missed any phys sessions. I'm used to doing a lot more cardio and the amount of food is still a struggle.
