This challenge is very simple - it's about being accountable for your choices. Stop by every day! Feel free to post or start and post about anything and everything related to your personal journey.

In order to participate in the challenge, you must post the following information (for the previous day): Some may only be counting calories and some may be counting WW points. Feel free to use both or one or the other. Whatever suits you and whatever may help you to be accountable. This is a carry over challenge from the WW GoaD board modified for FYP. I have no idea who started this Challenge many years ago.

All suggestions for any changes are welcome.

0/0/0 FP (used/earned for the day/earned for the week)

1 CDOP ( Consecutive Days On Plan) or checking in.

Also, post your weight on WI days and keep your stats updated.

Anyone and everyone can offer KITAs, support, feedback, and constructive criticism.

    91 CDOP

    Program Start Date/Weight: 11/07/16 - 374 lbs.
    Challenge Start Date/Weight: 01/03/17 - 328 lbs.
    Most Recent Weigh In Date/Weight: 02/06/17 - 312 lbs.
    Loss Since Last Weigh-In: 3 lbs.
    Total Loss So Far: 62 lbs.

    Still waiting, rather impatiently, to get back on the NordicTrack recumbent. I guess that's a good thing. I've NEVER looked forward to exercising in any way before in my life..... :)

    Yesterday DW and I went to the beach for the weekend. I chose to track calories as I ate, which is why it's not worse.
