Hello
Ive been following a lchf WOE for about one month. My period came one week early at 2 weeks in....and now I have breakthrough bleeding mid cycle. Im normally like clockwork. Anyone else have cycle irregularities ? And did they resolve?
As an aside, I have lost zero weight.
Thank you!

It's very common as hormones begin to regulate. Even if you were regular before, there are hormonal adjustments happening now that you're providing lots of healthy fats and even though you haven't lost weight, it doesn't mean your body hasn't released bodyfat for fuel. Being a month in and having no weight loss, assuming you are only eating when hungry and not overeating, would also support hormonal changes happening that may be preventing weight loss just yet.
Everything works itself out in time as your body heals and adjusts.2
