Hello all,
I've only just discovered the programmes and functionality of bodybuilding.com, I've been strength training for a while now but without a real formal programme approach. I like the look of Jamie Eason's plan, it seems self explanatory and varied to keep it interesting so I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in when I start tomorrow morning.
Would love to hear of other's progress and how you've found the programme whatever stage you're at.

I'm on the last week of phase one, and my weight has stayed the same, but I'm definitely stronger, and I can see some definition in my arms. I'm trying to steer clear of the scale because it'll just mess with my head.
I'm still working on eating clean, and trying to use her recipes as much as I can (they're tasty!), but it's hard because my family isn't trying to lose weight or get healthy, so dinner can be a challenge.0
