This challenge is very simple - it's about being accountable for your choices. Stop by every day! Feel free to post or start and post about anything and everything related to your personal journey.
In order to participate in the challenge, you must post the following information (for the previous day): Some may only be counting calories and some may be counting WW points. Feel free to use both or one or the other. Whatever suits you and whatever may help you to be accountable. This is a carry over challenge from the WW GoaD board modified for FYP. I have no idea who started this Challenge many years ago.
All suggestions for any changes are welcome.

0/0/0 FP (used/earned for the day/earned for the week)
1 CDOP ( Consecutive Days On Plan) or checking in.
Also, post your weight on WI days and keep your stats updated.
Anyone and everyone can offer KITAs, support, feedback, and constructive criticism.

Challenge Start Date/Weight: 01/03/17 - 328 lbs.
Most Recent Weigh In Date/Weight: 02/13/17 - 311 lbs.
Loss Since Last Weigh-In: 1 lbs.
Total Loss So Far: 63 lbs.
It felt good getting on the NordicTrack recumbent again, after not being allowed to ride it for a week. Took it easy and rode 6.5 miles at very low resistance. I will build back up to where I was and then on past that at my leisure.....0 -

I ran my Couch to 5K practice on my lunch break, which felt good. On the other hand, I took my sister out to dinner, and she chose a restaurant that was only serving a six course chef's choice tasting menu. The food was great, but the calories were steep.0 -

I was doing really well on my food choices, until I came home and my son wanted a treat at a frozen custard place nearby. For whatever reason, I dove off and chose the highest calorie option they have. On the other hand, I tracked it all and moving forward.0
