ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE - Saturday 02/18/2017

This challenge is very simple - it's about being accountable for your choices. Stop by every day! Feel free to post or start and post about anything and everything related to your personal journey.
In order to participate in the challenge, you must post the following information (for the previous day): Some may only be counting calories and some may be counting WW points. Feel free to use both or one or the other. Whatever suits you and whatever may help you to be accountable. This is a carry over challenge from the WW GoaD board modified for FYP. I have no idea who started this Challenge many years ago.
All suggestions for any changes are welcome.

Dailies Allotted / Dailies Used
(If you follow SFT, leave this out)
Weeklies Used/Weeklies Allotted
FP Used/ FP Earned Fitness Pts (Old Activity Pts)
Consecutive Days OP (CDOP)
Use the following format:
Calories 2000/1800 Alloted/Used
DP 30/29 DP Alloted/Used
1/49 WP
0/0/0 FP (used/earned for the day/earned for the week)
1 CDOP ( Consecutive Days On Plan) or checking in.
Also, post your weight on WI days and keep your stats updated.
Anyone and everyone can offer KITAs, support, feedback, and constructive criticism.

Program Start Date/Weight: 11/07/16 - 374 lbs.
Challenge Start Date/Weight: 01/03/17 - 328 lbs.
Most Recent Weigh In Date/Weight: 02/13/17 - 311 lbs.
Loss Since Last Weigh-In: 1 lbs.
Total Loss So Far: 63 lbs.
With all that has been going on this last week, I was not able to ride Thursday or Friday. I will probably be able to get a couple rides in today. Sunday's thread will tell the tale...1 -

I wish I could switch to earlier posts without losing what I've typed. I can't remember what my starting weight was for this challenge. Anyway, my most recent WI is 221.6.0 -
Post Colonoscopy was hungry after procedure and ate away.
