I think I missed a,steo when putting my weight in for this week. I weigh on saturdays and was down 2# for the week. Will get the hang of this eventually1

OK so I don't think I gained two pounds back in one week, I think it's just a normal fluctuation, but still was a bit of a downer this morning. Goal was 160 by end of February.1 -
