    This group has kind of slowed so I just wanted to take a minute to commend the people who haven't given up and have stuck with the program! It's not easy but the rewards are amazing!

    Well looks like I won't actively be trying to lose weight for a while. Between having a knee injury, and being pregnant. BUT I am going to continue on here with being accountable and being healthy.

    The group has slowed. People get all excited in January and by February many drop off. Kinda like those gym memberships. But for those staying committed I applaud you all. Hang in there.
