Week of feb 20 to feb 26 : Goals and Results

I stayed the same this week. I wont complain, at least I didn't gain. The next 4 days is going to be in the 70's here so I will be able to go to the track and enjoy the fresh air and warm sunshine. My goals this week is to go to the track, pull the weights and start strength training to tone my arms, and eat more plant based meals. I hope everyone has a awesome week.

I'm so tired today. Went to the Y with one of my boys and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes! (I got a talk to load on my phone, and bumped the time up to hear it all!) Had to dig deep to find the motivation to climb the stairs to my office this morning. May have overdone it a bit...1

Two hours of endurance cardiac training three times a week and i still mess up with stupid snacking while reading or TV..such a bad habit1

Today is my weigh in. I finally lost the pound I gained, and another half pound. Weighed in at 155.5# this morning. My goal for this challenge was 155#, so with more consistency, I may surpass it!2

Ended this week with a 1.8 gain. I had a lot of salty snacks, so I am thinking (hoping) its just a water thing and it will be back down in a few days.1
