Week of feb 20 to feb 26 : Goals and Results
I stayed the same this week. I wont complain, at least I didn't gain. The next 4 days is going to be in the 70's here so I will be able to go to the track and enjoy the fresh air and warm sunshine. My goals this week is to go to the track, pull the weights and start strength training to tone my arms, and eat more plant based meals. I hope everyone has a awesome week.
