I've been the most unmotivated challenge leader ever lately, but are people interested in continuing our group? I'd be up for it if so.
Week of Mar.13 to Mar 19 : Goals and Results
Hi everyone...this is our final week. How did everyone do? I pretty much maintained. Up & down 3-4 pounds (which is what I have been doing for the last few months). I am down .8 pounds and hopefully this week I can get down another pound!

Starting the week with a 1.4 loss so I am happy! I told my husband no valentine candy, because I would eat the whole box in a day or two. My goals this week is to get some exercise in and drink more water. I have been so inactive. I haven't been to the track because its been cold, but thats just a excuse; I have a elliptical, rebounder, weights and exercise dvds. No more excuses!

Up 2.2 pounds. Frustrating, but when you eat everything in sight, its bound to happen. I wonder if I just sabotage myself. I got down to 136 and every time I get to that point I go right back up.
