I worked at a Turkey and Deer Expo this weekend, with friends from out of town. And on Saturday, my book club met at a Mexican restaurant! I ended up about 500 calories over each day. I haven't got on the scale, but this week's goals are simple, get back to basics!
8 glasses of water
6500 steps per day
Go to the YMCA at least 3 days
Stay within my calories!1 -
Not lost...just stalled1
