Week of Mar.13 to Mar 19 : Goals and Results

Hi everyone...this is our final week. How did everyone do? I pretty much maintained. Up & down 3-4 pounds (which is what I have been doing for the last few months). I am down .8 pounds and hopefully this week I can get down another pound!

I'm still at goal. I had a nice NSV this week. Finally bought some new pants for work, they are two sizes smaller than I was wearing last summer! And, I've gone to the Y in tights/leggingsI This time last year, my fanny would have never been that exposed!2

The scale is creeping down. It's not my official weigh day yet, but it gives me more determination to stick to my goals and end up the challenge with a greater loss...2

No progress....thirty pounds over and stalled
Staying active...training for triathlon but overeating and way too much processed foods.
Even with Lent, still stalled.
Will need another challenge! Please0 -
I haven't updated the spreadsheet yet, but I ended up at 153, so a loss of 7#. The last two were hard won, as the scale hadn't moved in almost a month!2

I didn't go over my maintenance max. Still at a holding pattern hoping spring will get me moving. Or the fact I bought more clothes and I won't want to out grow them lol.1

I've been basically focusing only on running (which has been off and on) and my specific Lent restrictions, and avoiding the challenge for the past few weeks. Feel guilty about that and annoyed that I continue to be so unmotivated!
Are we going to do another one? Sorry to be so absent for this one.1 -
I managed to reach my goal and feel very happy about it! I was doing the calculations of my weight loss for this challenge and it helped me realise what I have achieved : this challenge has been very helpful to me , I am definitively in for another one as I would like to lose the same weight again to reach my objective.2
