Totally new to this concept, recently joined & excited to see my progress...

18: 72.3 Kg ~ 159 lbs
20: 71.6 Kg ~ 157.5 lbs
21: 71.1 Kg ~ 156.4 lbs

Thank you so much for your response..
So far OMAD is okay & I cannot say I follow 100%, but I am eating one big meal in a small window 4 hours, I mean I am splitting food in this time & taking tea / coffee in between....

26: 71 Kg ~ 156.2 lbs
Week 1: Lost 2.8 lbs
Last 2 days I was emotionally week, couldn't follow OMAD & ate all wrong foods. As usual now I regret for the weight gain.
Targeting to reach 69Kg ~ 151.8 lbs on my next weigh in day 5th March
