Macadamia nuts and a shot of tequila sound good?2 -
Something salty helps me like a pickle or string cheese or I drink some tea with splash of heavy cream and sweetener of choice of I want something sweet1

Are you trying to limit calories too?
I would wait to limit calories for a week or so. Eat if you're hungry, no matter the time. Just make it a low carb food.
Cheese or meat are always ready to eat in my fridge. Or just a cup of tea or coffee with or without heavy cream. Sometimes just a hot beverage on the belly feels like food. Unless you're really hungry.2 -
I would agree about not limiting calories right for the first couple weeks. At the same time, don't go crazy either. Pickles are a good choice in my opinion because they offer a fair amount of bulk with very low calories and have the side benefit of high sodium which will be very important as you convert to this WOE.

One thing in particular is sodium is your friend. The so called "keto flu" or "low carb flu" only happens if you don't keep up your electrolytes with sodium being the most important. I hear people complain about it all the time. I personally never suffered from it because I did keep my sodium levels up.1 -
