It'll mostly be water retention, up your water intake for a couple of days and it'll drop back off.2 -
Awesome, another pound down! Kind of wish this moved faster (I feel like I should have lost more than 9lbs since starting this in mid-January), but.. I don't exercise often (no time currently) and I mostly just eat to my calorie limit or under it, so I suppose this isn't bad!

GW: 145 (may change this depending on what I look like as I shrink)
