Slow progress

Started back at work beginning of this year and my son started daycare. So basically for two months now he's been sick and so have I.
So I've been slacking on the keto, usually I'm pretty freaking strict with myself.
Well I've been wanting to go back head strong and get myself refocused hardcore, go figure my son would bring home the flu!
The flu has been kicking my @$$ for three days now! Plus side is I've lost 4 lbs from it haha.
Only 1 lb away from hitting 30lbs gone!
Slow progress
Green shirt is the day I started
Purple ones are about 10lbs difference ( not much)

I know about slow. 36kg in 4 years. But ... I look at it this way. My doctor told me at 38 and 123kg I'd be diabetic by the time I was 40 if I didn't do anything. So, I could be 42 and 123kg and diabetic or I could be 42 and 87kg and no sign of diabetes. I'm definitely glad I did something when I had the chance.7
