For those of you who are new to the group, I, Rick, try to do a fun or sometimes serious post on each days discussion page. If all goes well, I beat @2020pinktogo to this page. If I screw up, due to my very active life as a still practicing attorney (I'm 66, not lbs...years old), then Pink may we'll beat me to the page.
Anyway, welcome to the March UAC!

And we love opening the new day to see what you've posted Rick, so thank you! Over here in Europe (I'll say that with pride for as long as I can) our temperature is in celsius. Average here is 6-7 for this time of year which is low 40s. Today though is already 9 degrees at 10.50am and hopefully double figures later
Breakfast and mid morning snack all logged. It's my day off work...I need to transfer these good habits to work days too. Have a great day everyone!4 -
Lol weather is so windy and rotten here I am in the car on the corner of our property to get internet. Actually I have my Dad's car he was very proud of himself he actually gave me the car with gas in it. Lol My mom says if I was one of those rotten kids who never filled the tank as a kid it would be payback. It's always been my Dad's thing I am always making sure he has gas.
My sister went for testing to see why her blood work is wonky. Dr is hoping it's her gallbladder and not her liver. I have gone through everything all my stuff is up to date. I called to see if the drug trial I am on would affect a donation if it came down to that. We have to make sure it's out of my system and they are uncertain. It's a lot to think about.5 -
It's a balmy 38F here in southern S.E. Alaska, a bit overcast, but bright with patches of blue and snow still on the ground, it's quite nice although, I most around here are ready for spring.
I have a sore lower back predominantly on my left side today so I'm sitting on my ball here at work trying not to stress out with all the work and stuff I may have to learn real soon...should learn in the next few days if I am getting a temporary promotion (4 months) I am honestly almost hoping I don't get it!!
Planned out my menu for the day yesterday, but then was told by my Husband last night that we were going out for dinner tonight with some friends of his that are in town for a couple nights so I've adjusted my earlier meals to leave room for tonight and will try and get some walking in the mall (with stairs) for 20-30 minutes. It's good to be flexible and still stick to goal.

Rick, barely is still a win, no matter how you look at it. I've had plenty of those. I'm in the yellow zone, but we got up around 80. I actually kept the windows closed to keep it cool inside. We're expecting 80's the next 2 days- summer! Gotta rub it in...
Exercise: 30 min Jillian's Ripped in 30. Unfortunately, I am in pain and can hardly breathe (4 hours later) because of it. So much for a walk tonight. Ripped in 30- literally. That DVD is going back to the library after 2 days. My heel (spur) is throbbing too. Ugh, I'm just trying here...but at least the weather is nice.

Yes x 3 even despite an impromptu play date for tea time (dinner). Salmon and ice cream for 12-month -olds. Half a bottle of wine each for the mums. Which is why I'm checking in now (20.20 GMT) to declare eating and drinking finished for the day and everything logged. Exercise was walking along the river and now about to do a quick clean of the house ahead of a visit from the in laws for the weekend. Hope you've all had a great day!2 -
