Thanks @tinacuso and @am_change oddly enough plans changed again when I got home and we ended up not going out to dinner, but I made a healthy rotisserie chicken dinner

Yes x 3 even despite an impromptu play date for tea time (dinner). Salmon and ice cream for 12-month -olds. Half a bottle of wine each for the mums. Which is why I'm checking in now (20.20 GMT) to declare eating and drinking finished for the day and everything logged. Exercise was walking along the river and now about to do a quick clean of the house ahead of a visit from the in laws for the weekend. Hope you've all had a great day!2 -
