used expore asia brand green lentil noodle sheets (prepared), fat-free ricotta cheese, light ragu brand garlic alfredo sauce, delallo brand gralic tomato sauce and then thin slices of eggplant, red pepper and zucchini (roasted first). mushrooms and seasonings added on top for the last 5 minutes of bake time. amounts used would depend on your nutritional needs. half the recipe was 742 calories which was one serving for my needs.
