Do you guys eat them back??
I'm on 1600 a day aiming to loose a bit more weight as well as tone up.
Normally I eat some back but can't find any info on it.
So fort I'd ask what do u do since starting this programme.

Hi Doll!
Normally I eat half of them back. If I'm hungry or feeling weak I eat more. I would say listen to your body.0
