I will be following a Keto diet, doing intermittent fasting (typically only eating in an 8 hour window every day) and I've cut out all sweeteners. Just started the IF and no sweeteners and I'm seeing pretty consistent losses. I need to lose at least 8 pounds this month to be back on track for hitting 165 by Jan 1, 2018.1 -
