I am on day 7 of a ketogenic diet. I am not following a particular plan. I started with 50 carbs and have generally stayed around 20 for most of week. My fasting glucose has dropped from 171 to low 150's and I have lost 7 pounds. I know this was water and that was great cause water pooling in my legs is my enemy. My issue is here in the last two days I am craving sweets. I bought and ate a couple of atkins bars and am afraid this may be what set it off or a diet jello. I had been using only stevia. Please help. I do not want to give up. Thanks in advance.
