Tennis practice this evening - 90 minutes. The spring season starts March 19th...getting excited0

I completed the "morning workout" except for the lunges. Have to work on those...lol.

Jumping jack's squat for me! When I raised my calf, my body lunged to the side, losing balance, and causing me to reach to the side to break my fall.
(ten times!)
I think I should've picked a smaller calf:

Kathy love how you are getting more motivated again. Must be the tennis coming up!place a hand on the wall or a chair for lunges at first!
Got them done! Used small weights for the overhead punches. Really helps with my shoulder!

Zumba toning class last night so you get cardio and strength training...a total body workout!
Shelley - I'm working on the Motivation...tennis always helps...also vacation. My guy and I are going to Vegas this month!

Kathy - it must be great going away so often on vacation. I do stay vacations mostly. We are always doing projects around the house. And it is hard to go very long with the dogs, cat and fish. Though my daughter is really a great help with them if we do leave. Challenge yourself in the Zumba toning class. I have done them.
