Definitely fathead pizza! And zoodles and cauliflower rice - I know those aren't recipes, but they are wonderful substitutions that help me not miss real pasta or rice.5

By squirt you mean the whole can, right? Cause that's what we mean by "a squirt" >_>

Great recipes for sweets and snacks - that way rather than indulging in a carb bomb soaked in sugar, I can have something a bit more friendly to the LC WoE.
I also love sugar free jello - it's fantastic.0 -
Here's my IF special - it's helped a lot, but tends toward the bland side.....
Actually, getting off the LF "carb trail to diabetes" led me to renewed romances with butter and olive oil, and sizzling new relationships with avocados and coconuts.

Too many recipes to type!!!!0

Chicken cheese enchiladas where the "corn tortilla" is a thicker cut slice of deli chicken! Turkey works, too.14 -
Keilbasa sautéed with cabbage and onion.7 -
Steaks with asparagus and béarnaise made from a packet using HWC and water or straight homemade using low carb recipe (depending on how much time I have).3 -
I think it's called "Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off" chili. I sometimes add one can of black beans for a whole pot of chili if I can budget the carbs.

Super easy. Make meatballs, add sauce and cheese, heat.3 -
Cabbage steaks with oil, salt and pepper, roast.3 -
Salami, fresh basil (spinach works), and a great cheese like fontina or smoked cheddar.4 -
Flatten your breasts with a rolling pin (smash), pan fry and add a squirt of mustard at the end.2 -
Marinate avocado in either soy sauce or balsamic vinegar/salt. I serve this on the side of a beef crock pot roast (one huge chunk of beef, one onion, one Tbsp Italian dressing, no water. Cover and slow cook 6-8 hours). The fat in the avocado and salty soy makes a great pairing.4 -
Also works with green peppers instead of spinach.3 -
Best chicken nuggets is dredged in egg, then press in a 50/50 mix of almond meal and hand crushed slivered almonds. The beefy texture of the nuts is perfect. Fry in oil. This is a photo I took of mine.5 -
I've posted this recipe before. 1 c boiling water, 8 oz cream cheese, one pkt SF gelatin any flavor - mix well and chill.7 -
Inside out Cordon Bleu9 -
Hot dog pizzas. (Fry first to brown up, top, heat)4 -
My last and latest favorite: two grilled brauts in a whole wheat low carb (6 net) tortilla with grainy roasted garlic/mustard and shredded cabbage (bagged cole slaw mix with a little mayo). Crunchy, chewy good.2 -

I don't think my husband would like it if I flatten my breasts anymore than this diet has! And besides I think the rolling pin would hurt!8 -

We made enchilada's the other night - I wish I'd thought of that!1 -
I love SF jello with a splash of cream. Also good in a diet coke..its like a coke float! Feels much more decedent than it is.3

For me, it's a tie between FatHead Pizza and this Sausage Quiche recipe. The Quiche is easy to make and is delicious enough to serve when non-keto folks are dining with you.
