Hope everyone's doing well! I re-committed to my health and wellness goals (again), and hoping to find friends who are also looking for positivity, motivation, and support. My first goal is to incorporate more activity and exercise, and healthy meals/meal planning to lose 20lbs. I have more to lose after that, but that is my first milestone. Anyone have similar goals? I'll be 40 in a few short months, and I'd love for this to be the year I transform my body and life. It may take time, but I'm in it for the long haul :)
