I just found this. I am one day behind. I will catch up. I found it online as well, so I printed it out so I can have it at home to use. My Internet on my phone can be spotty at times.2

Completed 1 set after my run for day 2... Can't do full push-ups, so I did table push-ups (Jamie Easton suggests doing full-length push-ups at decreasing inclines as you get stronger, so I'm hoping to get at least to stair height if not floor by the end of the month!)1

Hahahaha. Not a chance I can do these. The big hunks of metal in my knees to not let them bend that far!

Day 2 complete! I also took measurements of my arms today, actually of the rest of my body too. I can't wait to see some changes1
