"March" anyone?

New to this message board, but willing to move it along if anyone else it. :)

Planning for this month to be a good one. Trying something new. Intermittent fasting...by eating a great breakfast and lunch, then skipping dinner. Will see if that kick-starts loss for me.

What is your plan for March? becky

    just joined - never been a food logger but going it alone is getting out of control
    plan for March - log food consistently
    focus on weight training via a new book i just got (thinner leaner stronger).
    i love the elliptical but it is just not enough.
    Hopefully the combination of logging weight training and this group will get me back on track..
