my mantra this week
okay this week i promise to sweat it out once a day. i read somewhere that you should sweat at least once a day. i'm pretty sure it meant by exercise and not heat or standing over a hot oven.
my agenda today
today i had a healthy breakfast, i will have a healthy lunch and supper. i brought my 3 lb dumbells to work my arms when i walk at my breaks this afternoon. i will have no flabby arms this summer, :flowerforyou:

bad day
I have had a really bad day today. I haven't been able to track my intake because I did some binging. My day started off on a bad note and I wasn't able to shake the yukky feeling all day.
