Hi 50 MFP Friends!
I took a break from MFP due to personal reasons and am now back. I was tweaking my MFP environment and came across this group and noted it has been a couple months since anyone has posted. So, I thought I would try and kick start us again and hopefully also self-motivate myself in the process.
I know with 2013, I have been formulating a plan for myself to improve my health, and I bet you have, too. Would you share at least one thing you plan to do in order to improve your health for 2013?
For me, it is re-joining MFP! Look forward to responses.

My plans will sound so common:
To learn to eat better and practice what I learn
To commit to moving more.
To quit stress baking!
To meet new friends on here and try to stay motivated and motivate others!
To take a gun safety class and then a class to carry a concealed weapon.
To make a decision about retirement.0 -
To continue watching what I eat.
To keep at my therapy until I am completely recovered from my knee replacement surgery. This is the most important for me right now because until this happens I won't be at my best! Some days it's hard, but I'm determined (or stubborn) that my life is going to improve. We walk this way but once, let's make it the best we can!0
