today i had a healthy breakfast, i will have a healthy lunch and supper. i brought my 3 lb dumbells to work my arms when i walk at my breaks this afternoon. i will have no flabby arms this summer, :flowerforyou:

After a few weeks you should up the weight to 5 lbs. Have fun, I love my weights!0

thank you. i will be doing just that. I injured my rotator cuff , right arm , right handed. murphy's law right . at this point i can just get that arm over my head. still pretty painful.0
