Has anyone having had a thyroid cancer diagnosis been treated by high dose levothyroxine? This seems to have been offered to some here in the UK as an alternative to tt or other treatment like radioactive iodine. I know most of you go on to have all the health problems we with hashi or dietary/deficiency's hypo have, replacements not helping.
It seems more cancers are being picked up because of other investigations, more nodules being picked up. The discussion included the pros and cons of operating, difficulties affecting the parathyroid, or saliva glands and other things including over treating.
Hope no one minds my trying to expand my understanding. thank you.
