Hi everyone, I am new to the group but also new to the app. I am looking to lose about 80 lbs within the next year so that I am able to fit into my wedding dress. I love trying new recipes and am looking for some that will help me stick to my calorie count. I am looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes if anyone has any good ones. I can't have anything spicy and I am not keep on asian cuisine of any kind. Not saying it isn't good, I just don't care for it. Thank you for the help and the cooperation.
