Protein Intake help

So, I'm new to Keto, day 4, and I'm a little confused about the protein intake. I recently download an app call Lifesum, I've been switching between that and Fitness Pal trying to find out which one I like best, and it says my protein intake should be around 58. However, when I've looked online it says any where from .6 to 1.0 x your body weight. If this is true I should be eating way more protein. Please help I'm really confused but want to make sure I'd doing the right thing to lose the weight.

I use THE MFP macro tool ;5% fat, 20% protein, 75% fat. That's all I go by.0
